CAN I CUSTOMIZE AN ORDER?

No, customisation would not be possible in terms of colors, sleeve or any other minor adjustments. 

CAN I REQUEST FOR A CHANGE IN COLOR OF THE PRODUCT?

No, we cannot change the color of the product. The colours available are the ones shown on the website: www.houseofdeepthi.com and on our social media accounts.

HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?

We refer to our standard size chart as displayed on the product page. However, kindly look into the size guide instructions mentioned above the size chart. In case of any questions regarding the size chart, feel free to contact us.

WHAT IF MY SIZE DOES NOT MATCH WITH THE SIZE CHART?

HOW DO I MAKE THE PAYMENT?

WHAT IF I WANT ANY CHANGES/CANCELLATION OF AN EXISTING ORDER?

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

The shipping charges for all shipping within India is free and is completely borne by us. However, the shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.

ARE THE COLORS OF PRODUCTS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE ACCURATE?

Due to the intricate and exclusive nature of the products available on our Site, we ensure that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is closest to the product. However, there may be slight variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.

WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME FOR RECEIVING ORDERS?

Usually the time frame will be anytime between 7-15 days, depending on the order and location for delivery. For more details, please refer to our Shipping policy.

HOW DO I GET MY PRODUCT ALTERED?

We generally keep a margin for most of our dresses and kurtas. The alteration cannot be done by the House of Deepthi team. For further details regarding measurements, please refer to the sizing chart on every product page.

WHAT DO I DO IF I DON'T LIKE MY PRODUCT. IS THERE A REFUND POLICY?
