HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

You can log on to our website: www.houseofdeepthi.com or place orders by speaking to our customer service team via Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp (direct message). CAN I CUSTOMISE AN ORDER?

Yes, we offer customisation services. For any customisation or couture requirements in terms of changes colours, prints, embroidery or any other minor adjustments, kindly reach out to us over WhatsApp or email and we would love to make a one of a kind piece just for you. 

 

CAN I REQUEST FOR A CHANGE IN THE COLOUR OF A PRODUCT?

Yes, we can change the colour of a select few product on the website. For any colour change requirements, kindly reach out to us and we will work towards doing our best for you.

 

HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?

For products where they will be a size requirement, kindly refer to the size guide mentioned over the product page. Kindly look into the size guide instructions mentioned above the size chart.

HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT?

Payments can be made through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro credit and debit cards. We also accept bank transfers and cash payments. WHAT IF I WANT TO MAKE CHANGES OR CANCEL AN EXISTING ORDER? 

If you would like to make a change to an existing order, kindly reach out to us over phone or WhatsApp at the earliest. Please note that any changes cannot be made after a product has been dispatched from our office.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

The shipping charges for all shipping within India is free and is completely borne by us. However, the shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon  enquiry, so please feel free to reach out to us for this enquiry and we would love to help you out.

 

ARE THE COLOURS OF THE PRODUCTS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE ACCURATE ?

Due to the intricate and exclusive nature of the products available on our website, we ensure that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is closest to the product. However, there may be slight variations in the colour of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.

 

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS AVAILABLE ?

WHAT IF I ORDER MULTIPLE PRODUCTS OR WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A BULK PURCHASE?

If you order multiple products with different dispatch dates, all the products are shipped as one shipment, once your complete order is ready. For other bulk order related queries, kindly reach out to out customer support team

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

We try to deliver all our orders as soon as possible ensuring the products reach you on time. We will be sending an email with the tracking details of your order.

WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME FOR RECEIVING ORDERS?

Usually the time frame will be anytime between 7-15 days, depending on the order and location for delivery. For more details, please refer to our shipping policy here.

 

HOW DO I GET MY PRODUCT ALTERED?

We generally keep a margin for most of our dresses and kurtas. The alteration can be done by the House of Deepthi team. For alteration related queries please reach out to us over WhatsApp or phone call. For any queries regarding measurements, please refer to the sizing chart on every product page or contact us.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF I DON'T LIKE MY PRODUCT. IS THERE A REFUND POLICY?
